Q: Will my staff need to learn the new system?

Yes, but minimally. The dashboard is one screen, and we train your team on it during Call 2. Most teams are using it confidently within their first week.

Q: Do I get to approve every message, including changes you make later?

Always. Nothing customer-facing goes live until you've approved it — first replies, missed-call texts, confirmations, reminders, every word.

Q: What if my website is on a platform you don't support?

We support all the major ones... We'll either confirm we can integrate before you pay, or refund your setup fee — no awkward surprises mid-build.

Q: What happens between the calls?

Our team does the building in the background — usually three to five business days of work. You don't have to do anything between calls except show up for the next one

Q: Does this work with my current website?

Yes. We build around what you already have. If yours doesn't integrate, we tell you on the first call before you pay.
